At Yk-Tech-Dev (developer of YK Kids Academy), the privacy and safety of our young users are our highest priorities. We do not sell, share, or collect any personal data from children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) from children under 13. The app does not require account creation for child users to play.
2. 100% Ad-Free Experience
Our application is completely free of third-party advertisements. There are no tracking scripts, ad-networks, or hidden analytics designed to profile users for marketing purposes.
3. Local Data Storage Only
Any progress tracking (completed phonics lessons, math games, badges) is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit this data to our servers.
4. Parental Gate
Settings, external links, and premium upgrade features are protected by a secure parental gate (PIN lock) to ensure children cannot accidentally make purchases or leave the app environment.
