By downloading, accessing, or using YK Kids Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yk-Tech-Dev.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the parent or legal guardian) and Yk-Tech-Dev. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the YK Kids app on supported devices solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational use.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
While the app offers free content, certain features may require a premium upgrade. All purchases are handled securely through the respective app store (e.g., Google Play). We do not store your financial information.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within the app — storybooks, animations, music, graphics, and code — are the property of Yk-Tech-Dev and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the service.
